Competition Speed and Sound warranty and disclaimer policy

Warranty: competition speed and sound will repair or replace any part of competition speed and sound made products found upon our inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 1 year from the purchase date for the original purchaser.  This warranty only covers products made and produced by competition speed and sound.  All other products installed by competition speed and sound will have their own manufacturer's warranty.  If any product sold by competition speed and sound fails, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer of the product installed for proper action.

Disclaimer: Competition speed and sound  makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to any purchasers, except the warranty above. Competition speed and sound hereby specifically excludes from any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of incidental, secondary, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. All purchasers and users of products manufactured by competition speed and sound agree to hold harmless and indemnify competition speed and sound from any and all claims arising from there use. Failure to receive notice of any or the limitations contained in this disclaimer shall not serve to extend liability to competition speed and sound for any claims arising out of use of it's products.
